Nemernicii politruci au creat mecanisme diavolesti in baza marii legislatii privind achizitiile de la noi, aveau firme care cumparau pe nimic plante decorative care se obtin atat de greu cu atata migala si cheltuiala (pamant amestec specific, samanta, semanat, plivit, rarit, udat, tratat, incalzit unde e cazul, cuburi, nutrienti, ambalat etc.) si le livrau la ADP sau cum il mai cheama cu valoare de peste 20 de ori mai mare decat cea reala... 

Acuma culmea schimba tot politrucii astia infatisarea parcurilor ca sa aiba pondere lemnoasele. Morala: astea se liciteaza mai rar!!!

Pai fratilor daca luati banii furati pana acum nemernicilor, ce parcuri am avea... 

Incantare pentru oamenii cinstiti si saraci care nu au "palaturi" si mii de pogoane ale lor! 

E greu tare....
